TUF Schools Program
The TUF Schools Program is about teaching students how to cope with stress and giving them a toolbox full of strategies and techniques that they can carry with them for life. It’s about building resilience, strengthening leadership skills, and creating a supportive environment where mental health is taken seriously.
Students who feel like they’re struggling with the same issues I once did are given the opportunity to open up, share their experiences, and learn from others. They’re not just taught strategies for managing anxiety or stress they’re given the tools to build emotional resilience and self-confidence, which can transform their academic and personal lives.
If there had been a program like the TUF Schools Program during my time in school, I believe I would have been better equipped to deal with those challenges. It’s something I wish I had, and that’s why I’m so passionate about ensuring today’s students have access to these life changing resources.
